SAP BW Consultant with Snowflakes

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BW/4HANA and Snowflake Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise data warehousing and analytics solutions across SAP and modern cloud ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, Snowflake, SAP BTP, and Power BI, with a proven track record of driving data modernization and hybrid reporting architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data warehousing and BI solutions across SAP BW/4HANA and Snowflake platforms.
• Design, model, and optimize aDSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, and HANA Calculation Views for scalable analytics.
• Implement and manage data integration and replication using ODP, SLT, Qlik Replicate, and Azure Data Factory.
• Develop and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines in Snowflake using DBT, Airflow/Dagster, and ensure performance-optimized data flow.
• Create and manage semantic models and governed datasets in SAP Datasphere and Snowflake.
• Deliver interactive Power BI dashboards leveraging hybrid data sources (SAP BW + Snowflake) for enterprise analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance, lineage, and security (RLS) standards.
• Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premise BW to Snowflake and Datasphere.
• Perform performance tuning, cost optimization, and query analysis in Snowflake environments.
• Drive Agile/SCRUM-based project execution with iterative delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 14+ years of experience in SAP BW/BI, Data Warehousing, and Analytics.
• Expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, HANA Modeling, and Snowflake.
• Strong experience with data extraction and integration between SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SQL, SQL Script, ABAP, and DBT for data transformation.
• Hands-on with Power BI, SAC, and Microsoft Fabric for visualization and analytics.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Azure, and data orchestration tools.
• Excellent understanding of data governance, metadata management, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
