Job Title: SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) Architect

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP BRH solutions within regulated Life Sciences environments. You ll play a critical role in optimizing batch release processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, QMS, LIMS, and other related systems.
As a strategic and hands-on architect, you will:
- Design scalable, compliant SAP BRH solutions aligned with GxP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Develop the SAP BRH solution roadmap and lead full-cycle implementation (requirements through deployment).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory) to optimize batch release processes.
- Ensure end-to-end system integration, including with SAP modules like PLM, QM, EWM, PP and external systems.
- Guide configuration, customization, and validation of BRH systems for Life Sciences.
- Drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and support long-term system scalability.
- Lead compliance efforts and ensure adherence to global regulations and validation protocols.
- Collaborate with IT/business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing SAP team, promoting best practices and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree + 8 years of relevant experience, OR Master s Degree + 6 years of experience.
- Deep expertise in SAP BRH and SAP QM within regulated Life Sciences manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing batch release systems under GxP and FDA compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, and integration with LIMS, QMS, and other third-party systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, customization, and validation strategies.
- Ability to create architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, and configuration documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership experience in building, mentoring, and guiding SAP teams.
