Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP Business Analyst to join our team for a SAP S/4HANA/Ariba Implementation project with strong domain knowledge of workstreams and SAP modules encompassing those workstreams.
This project has 5 work streams (Source-to-Pay (S2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Hire-to-Retire (H2R), Budget-to-Report (B2R), Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) along with workstream specific integrations and data migrations.). We are currently looking to assign a single primary BA for each workstream, and they also act as a backup BA for another workstream. At present, we need 3 BAs for these workstreams (Source-to-Pay (S2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Acquire-to-Retire (A2R).

Key Responsibilities:

Need 10+ Years Exp as a SAP Business Analyst
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document functional and non-functional requirements for the SAP S/4HANA implementation in the financial modules.
Solid understanding of financial business processes in various functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, etc.).
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements, create process maps, data flows and reporting requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Identify user stories and process requirements in Requirements traceability matrix.
Work closely with the business users and SMEs to define test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
Facilitate and lead the creation and execution of Unit, System Integration, User Acceptance, and Regression tests to ensure that the SAP system meets business needs and expectations.
Provide guidance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including training users on how to perform UAT and documenting feedback.
Actively participate in project meetings to provide updates and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for PMO artifacts, such as: Meeting notes, requirements, test cases, test results, and business process mappings.
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and audit requirements.
Skilled in developing stakeholder-focused project reports using Microsoft Excel, incorporating dynamic dashboards, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting to deliver clear insights on timelines, deliverables, resource utilization, and project health.
