SAP Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 6 Months
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid 3 days Onsite)
Responsibilities and duties:
- Deliver exceptional support across our Treasury organization, including timely defect resolution, enhancement or automation requests, new feature releases, testing, and training opportunities.
- Create and maintain a mapping of business processes and related systems controls (security) across the various systems.
- Partner with Treasury to transform business objectives and requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze technical and functional integrations; understand connectivity types and effectively partner internally to ensure compliance across all Treasury-connected services.
- Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.
- Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
- Lead and manage Treasury-related projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of finance systems experience, specifically:
- Technical and functional knowledge of SAP S4HANA FSCM Credit Management, Dispute Management, Credit exposure, Treasury and Risk Management (Exposure Management, Hedge Management, Hedge Accounting, Reporting), Cash management, GL, A/R (Billing, and Payments)
- Understanding of SAP database tables and SAP security roles.
Please focus on the areas such as - SAP Credit Management, SAP SD Billing, SAP SD Contracts OR SAP FICO AR, Billing, Credit Management.
Additional Key Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FSCM and TRM
Strong functional understanding of credit management, risk management, and treasury operations
Ability to run daily operations and be accountable for implementations
Skilled in communicating with business teams and translating requirements
Some configuration capability (in partnership with IT not a technical/developer role)
Must understand business processes and be able to support issue resolution and enhancements
Experience handling requests across 3 regional markets in cash and delivery operations
