The Ask? Client is looking for a SAP CPQ Functional Delivery Lead - Dispatch Ops to lead SAP CPQ functional delivery to enable accurate pricing and quoting integrated with dispatch operations. Accelerate onboarding to meet Phase-2 timelines and orchestrate end-to-end CPQ to S/4/CRM flows.
Skills and Experience_
- 12 years SAP CPQ/CX experience with at least 2 full CPQ implementations.
- Deep understanding of pricing engines, discount rules, and approvals.
- Hands-on integration experience with S/4HANA, CRM, and external pricing sources.
- Preferred:
- Dispatch/logistics operations exposure.
- CPQ certification and prior Oil & Gas/Aviation project experience.
Responsibilities:
- Run process workshops covering pricing models, approvals, discounting, and quoting lifecycle.
- Configure CPQ, author rules, and set up product/price attributes aligned to business policy.
- Define and validate integrations to S/4/CRM; ensure data synchronization and error handling.
- Design role-based access and approvals for sales, dispatch, and finance stakeholders.
- Own test scenarios for SIT/UAT; triage issues to resolution with integration and security teams.
- Prepare deployment plan, end-user training inputs, and hypercare playbook.
