Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in S/4 HANA.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM processes and configuration. Knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP CRM functionalities within S/4 HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
- Assist in user training and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP CRM and S/4 HANA.
- Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant SAP certification(s) is an advantage.
