Job Details

We are looking for a seasoned SAP DMLT (Data Migration and Landscape Transformation) professional to lead data migration efforts and drive landscape consolidation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on expertise with SAP Migration Workbench and associated tooling, and will be adept at designing, executing, and refining data migration strategies that prioritize accuracy, compliance, and performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data migration programs using SAP Migration Workbench and complementary migration tools.
  • Oversee Object-Based Transformation (OBT), Data Migration Cockpit (DMCx), and KB Tool activities, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data transformation.
  • Advise on landscape transformation, system consolidation, and migration scenarios to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with functional and technical teams to define migration approaches aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Monitor migrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to preserve data integrity and minimize downtime.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project artifacts, including migration blueprints, test scenarios, and validation results.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to build internal capability and resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Demonstrated track record as an SAP DMLT or Migration Workbench (MWB) expert.
  • Practical experience with OBT, DMCx, and KB Tool.
  • Strong foundation in SAP data management, landscape transformation, and system migration.
  • Ability to analyze complex environments and design optimal migration strategies.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering large-scale SAP migrations or consolidation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA transition and migration methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP performance monitoring, system optimization, and automation tools.
