SAP DRC/VIM with E-Invoicing Consultant

Job Description:

• The SAP DRC/VIM Consultant with e-invoicing experience leads the implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) modules focused on e-invoicing solutions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures compliance to global and local regulations, and delivers process optimization in accounts payable and invoicing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration:
• Lead setup and configuration of SAP DRC and VIM systems with e-invoicing capabilities.
• Integrate SAP DRC/VIM with existing SAP modules and external networks (e.g., SAP Ariba, Peppol).
• Oversee both incoming and outgoing e-invoice flows, ensuring end-to-end process efficiency.
• Project Management:
• Guide business stakeholders and IT teams through the blueprint, roll-out, and hypercare phases.
• Write design documentation, manage cutover tasks, support SIT/UAT, and ensure smooth post-go-live handover.
• Process Optimization & Compliance:
• Maintain monitoring and update compliance requirements in line with regulatory changes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate invoice processing.
• Provide training and support for end-users on SAP DRC, VIM, and e-invoicing best practices.
• Collaboration & Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor integrations and business process design meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system or process issues with DRC/VIM and related e-invoicing interfaces.
