Location: Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain training data sheets based on learning objectives, ensuring reusability of previously created datasheets
- Stage and validate data in SAP EAM, FSM, and SAM environments to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with the Training Data Lead and other stakeholders to ensure data readiness for training sessions
- Troubleshoot data issues and provide support to training delivery teams to enhance training effectiveness
- Document data processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize training data management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in SAP EAM, FSM, or SAM are preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field, with a strong focus on SAP systems
- Proficiency in SAP EAM is required; willingness and ability to quickly learn SAP FSM and SAP SAM is essential
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
- Preferred candidates will have experience in the energy or utilities sector, enhancing their fit for the role
