Job Description SAP Data Migration Specialist (SuccessFactors)

Urgency: High Priority / Immediate Requirement

We are urgently looking for a Data Migration Specialist with strong experience in migrating HR/Talent data into SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end migration of key SuccessFactors modules and ensuring smooth data transition from legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute data migration activities for SuccessFactors Talent modules.
  • Migrate the following modules:
    • ONB (Onboarding)
    • RCM (Recruiting Management)
    • EC (Employee Central)
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) HR data from legacy systems into SF.
  • Validate data quality, perform reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work closely with functional teams to ensure mapping accuracy and completeness.
  • Support cutover planning, testing, and go-live activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors data migration.
  • Hands-on experience migrating ONB, RCM, and EC modules is a must.
  • Experience migrating from PeopleSoft (preferred), or any major 3rd-party HR system.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and data structures.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage urgent project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with migration tools, templates, and integration approaches for SF.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
