  • We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Quality Functional Analyst to lead and support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of data quality processes within SAP environments, including S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and SAP BODS. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring enterprise data is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with business rules, enabling trusted data for analytics, operations, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute SAP Data Quality strategies, policies, and standards across master and transactional data.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to understand data quality requirements across domains such as Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities using tools like SAP Information Steward, SAP BODS, and SAP MDG.
  • Translate business rules into functional data quality rules, metrics, and scorecards.
  • Collaborate with SAP MDG and BODS teams to develop functional specifications and test cases for DQ rule implementation.
  • Analyze root causes of data issues and recommend preventive or corrective measures.
  • Monitor and report on data quality KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
  • Support data readiness and validation in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration initiatives.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and support on data quality tools and processes.
  • Collaborate in governance forums to align data quality efforts with enterprise data governance.
