Job Title: SAP ERP Manager
Location: Onsite as needed, non-negotiable in Melville, NY. ? need to be local to Long Island (Nassau or Suffolk County, Queens, Brooklyn, or NYC)
Duration: 4-6 months contract-to-hire ? must be able to convert without sponsorship.

Company Overview:
Mini-Circuits, a leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of RF and microwave components, has recently kicked off a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Manager to lead, oversee, and coordinate ERP activities across business and IT functions.
Role Overview:
The SAP ERP Manager will be responsible for driving the execution, governance, and optimization of Mini-Circuits? SAP S/4HANA program. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to ensure successful implementation, integration, and adoption of SAP solutions. The role will also oversee consultants, vendors, and internal resources while providing leadership and direction through all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation across multiple functional areas.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and implementation partners.
- Provide project governance, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Oversee consultants and contractors supporting SAP FICO, PP, and related modules.
- Guide change management and user adoption strategies to maximize value from SAP.
- Manage ERP roadmap, budget, and long-term system optimization.
- Ensure all ERP-related activities align with business goals and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in ERP leadership, with at least 5+ years in SAP (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of core modules (FICO, PP, MM, SD, or related).
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and consulting partners.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to bridge business and IT.
- Prior hands-on project management or ERP program governance experience required.
