Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP EWM.

  • Configure and implement SAP EWM processes including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse movements, and physical inventory.

  • Design and support integration of EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM) and external systems.

  • Provide support for warehouse processes such as wave management, slotting, kitting, labor management, and resource management.

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operations of warehouse processes in SAP EWM.

  • Support SAP EWM enhancements, upgrades, and system maintenance.

  • Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and deliver end-user training sessions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, project managers) for successful project delivery.

  • Stay updated with latest SAP EWM functionalities, S/4HANA embedded EWM, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant.

  • Strong knowledge of EWM functionalities including inbound, outbound, warehouse structure, yard management, RF framework, and cross-docking.

  • Experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM preferred.

  • Familiarity with SAP WM migration to EWM is an added advantage.

  • Understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management processes.

  • Good knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and client-facing capabilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
