Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior EWM Consultant to lead a dynamic team in a long-term SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation project. This is a strategic leadership role focused on guiding business and design sessions, building trust with central stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the EWM team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams.
- Drive business process discussions and solution design sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Central team to gain their confidence and alignment.
- Provide strategic input across multiple PDC phases of the project.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP EWM implementations, preferably in a lead or architect role.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-cultural and international settings.
- Ability to manage complex project timelines and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in EWM or related modules.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-phase SAP rollouts.
- Familiarity with integration points between EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM).
- Able to travel
