SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant

• For all positions: SAP S/4 Hana implementation experience is very critical and we are looking for team to be ramped for customization and enhancements task; profile with just support background will not help)
• Do not send anyone with just ECC; atleast one S/4 Hana project implementation is a MUST; Retail domain is a MUST
• Final discussion would be inperson (With the client)
• These are long term project and need people with consistency and interested to join us for long term
• There will be 3 rounds of discussion

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant to provide expert-level configuration and functional
support across Finance and Controlling modules. The role involves designing and implementing end-to-end financial
processes, supporting business operations, and driving continuous process improvements within SAP. Retail domain
experience is most preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CCA, PCA) on SAP S/4 Hana environment to meet
business requirements
* Design, implement, and optimize financial processes within SAP.
* Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
* Create and maintain financial reporting and analysis tools in SAP.
* Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
Job Requirements:
* 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and support.
* Should have completed atleast one full life cycle implementation project on S/4 Hana.
* Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and reporting structures.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Retail domain experience is mandatory.
Education Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
