Description:
FICA Configuration Set up contract accounts receivable and payable processes.
Convergent Invoicing Setup Configure invoice aggregation from multiple services.
Billing Integration Link FICA with BRIM, mediation, and other SAP billing modules.
Security & Role Management Define access controls and ensure compliance.
Data Separation Implement virtual separation of customer and billing data.
Payment Processing Configure and manage incoming/outgoing payments.
Error Resolution Identify and fix invoice or payment discrepancies.
