Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP systems, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and design SAP FICO solutions.
Configure SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) to ensure smooth integration of FICO with other SAP modules.
Provide end-user training and create documentation for processes and configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, issues, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
Assist in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
Strong knowledge of FI submodules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
Strong knowledge of CO submodules: Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA.
Experience with integration points between FICO and MM, SD, PP, HR.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
