Title: SAP FICO Architect Contract to Hire

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite | Relocation Required by Q1 2026) - Remote is ok to start
Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong finance and business process acumen. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to align SAP financial architecture with strategic business objectives and global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP FICO architecture, design, and configuration across multiple geographies (US, UAE, S. Korea, etc.).

  • Collaborate with finance leaders to define and optimize business processes, including GL management and reconciliation.

  • Guide teams on what will and won t work within SAP to prevent rework and inefficiencies.

  • Act as a business partner, not just a consultant able to challenge assumptions and drive clarity in decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, including architectural leadership roles.

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.

  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders across departments.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be willing to relocate to the Bay Area by Q1 2026 (non-negotiable; relocation at candidate s expense).

Interview Process:

  • Round 1: 45-minute video interview

  • Round 2: 60-minute senior leadership interview
