Project Scope:
1)Standard FSCM Dispute Management
*Set up deduction reason codes Accounts Receivable
*Automatic creation of dispute cases from select AR deduction reason codes
*Set up Dispute Case types
*Set up Dispute escalation codes
2) Standard FSCM Collections Management
*Set up collection strategy
*Set up collection specialist
*Set up collection results codes
3) Dunning Functionality
*Define 2 dunning levels
*Define dunning procedure
*Create 2 dunning letters
4)Review Credit Management Settings related to Disputes & Collections
*Review risk category settings for adjustments based on used of dispute and collections.
- Must have solid communication and leadership skills
- Must have worked on at least 3-4 implementation projects and should have been involved in designing and set up from the scratch.
