Job Description:
Pay Range: $115hr - $120hr
- The CoE is the deal shaping presales and gotomarket leading team in charge of shaping and selling our Business Transformation offers across all Regions Americas Europe APAC.
- Candidatesr role as a global SAP CoE Business and solution expert
- Candidates have a passion to work with clients bringing their business ambitions to life with SAP S4HANA leveraging Candidatesr sector business domain and SAP S4 Hana expertise.
- Candidates are a key player in large S4HANA transformation programmes for global customers team size of 50 people.
- Candidates have more than 15 years of experience in SAP either in value stream leadership business or domain expert
- Candidates have a understand Candidatesr clients business and are able to advise them on how to get the most out of their SAP transformation
- Candidates are proactive in understanding clients business issues and can pitch value propositions to address them
- Candidates have Hands on experience in presales processes and understand the process for bid responses
- Candidates can do client presentations lead POC developments and lead RFP responses
- Candidates have worked on Delivery projects as Solution Architect or in Project governance roles as Engagement Manager or Engagement Director
- Endowed with a natural leadership Candidatesr qualities of customer relationship and business development are recognized
- Oriented towards the satisfaction of Candidatesr customers Candidates are driven by a taste for challenge and Candidates know how to transform constraints into opportunities.
- Deeply immersed in the Candidate's ecosystem, Candidates materialize business development leads.
- Candidates are used to work in an international environment with different teams, business advisory consultants, solution experts, marketing and sales teams and create networks across countries.
- Candidates are engaging and enthusiastic communicators with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Candidate's experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders goes up to and including CxO level.
- Additionally, Candidates can demonstrate either experience or willingness to learn.
- Candidates have strong connections with the broader SAP ecosystem eg SAP and other relevant partner organisations.
- Candidates are mobile. Candidates have a good level of English and Candidates like innovative projects An offshore or international experience would be a real plus.
- Candidates master and excel in SAP Finance area including at least 5 years experience in S4HANA Finance Expertise in modules such as Treasury FSCM SAP FPSL SAP PaPM will be a plus.
- Candidates will have a depth of consulting and functional experience across SAP and partner components in Candidatesr area of expertise and a strong knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP in Candidatesr expertise domain
- Experience in Financial Services industry is preferred.
