RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pittsburgh, PA that is seeking an SAP Functional and Integration Manager to join their Enterprise Applications team. This role partners with business leaders and IT staff to enhance sales and distribution processes, drive cross-system integration, and improve agility and productivity. The Manager will also serve as an Enterprise Architect for SD across all SAP instances.

Responsibilities:
* Design and architect processes in the SD/LE functional areas and more importantly between other SAP instances, CRM, and other systems to enable process automation and drive productivity
* Lead and work with internal IT resources and/or external partners on implementations, enhancements, and support for ERP ECC 6.0 systems and S4 HANA system
* Individually or as a functional manager, lead requirement understanding/gathering for any additional SAP SD/LE functionality and process change; Provide fit-gap analysis and available options on solution
* Leverage SAP to support best practices and have proven understanding of integration technologies to integrate systems (EDI between other SAP instances, integration to Salesforce and other systems) and to external business partners and their vendor portals
* Build and review business and technical specification documentation to ensure test plans meet technical and business requirements
* Support system changes through configuration and enhancement including providing functional specifications on ABAP program changes in the SD and LE area (all RICEF and performance enhancements)
* Work on M&A projects for integration or divestment of business and on product transfers to other sites
* Manage production support of existing capabilities in SD and related software functionality
* Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management

REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS degree required with minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in SAP implementations (and enhancements), SD functional experience, and integration as a lead solution analyst/architect
* Minimum 3+ years of experience managing teams and projects, planning capacity, and delivering on schedule
* Experience working closely with business function leadership
* Working knowledge in integration of other core ERP modules like PP, FI/CO in addition to CRM/Salesforce; Experience in both SAP ECC ERP 6.0 and SAP S4 HANA environments
* Working knowledge of project methodologies for managing large ERP projects for agility and compliance (e.g., ASAP, SOLMAN); Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus
* Strong understanding of SAP SD/LE modules and integration with taxware and other 3rd party systems
* Very good understanding of various SAP system landscapes (SAP ECC and S/4 HANA)
* Solid understanding of business processes in and around all aspects of Sales and Distribution
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to travel 15% of the time (domestic and international); May be higher during projects
* Flexibility to work closely with international teams in Europe and Asia in addition to North America across different time zones (particularly during global projects)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
