Job Title: Senior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant & Project Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant, SuccessFactors Consultant, and Project Manager to lead end-to-end HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Time-on/Time-Off, Position Management), combined with proven project and solution architecture leadership across global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead full-cycle SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations, global rollouts, and integrations.

Manage HR process design, solution architecture, and system integration across diverse industries.

Drive project management activities including scope, timelines, budget, resources, and stakeholder communication.

Conduct workshops, design sessions, and QA analysis for Employee Central and related modules.

Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Position Management, Time-Off).

Provide leadership as functional/technical team lead and mentor cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with clients on HR transformation, process re-engineering, and system optimization.

Support data conversion, testing, training, and go-live activities.

11+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations.

Expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting Management/Marketing, Onboarding, Global Benefits, Time/Time-Off, Compensation & Variable Pay.

Strong background in Project Management, Solution Architecture, and HR process design.

Proven track record managing large-scale global rollouts across multiple industries (government, pharma, manufacturing, retail, technology, financial services).

Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP Payroll, ADP, and third-party systems.

Excellent client-facing, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
