Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
At least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Skills especially US payroll and success factors
At least 4 years of experience in Development Design / problem analysis /solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Knowledge on HCM US Payroll and ESS, MSS,HRSS workflows
SAP HCM Functional and Technical experience handle Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, ESS and MSS and Payroll transactions.
Knowledge on WRICEF, Idoc s, Bdocs, Batch processing in HCM
HCM Integration knowledge with 3rd party tools/success factors and SAP solutionmager CHARM.
Knowledge on Web UI or Webdynpro, Fiori screen functional design.
