About the Role
We are seeking an experienced REMOTE NS2-certified SAP HCM Professional to support our clients SAP environment with a strong focus on secure, compliant, U.S.-based cloud operations. The ideal candidate has deep functional expertise in SAP Human Capital Management and hands-on experience delivering solutions within SAP NS2 environments for federal, state, or regulated-industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM modules, including:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Payroll (US Payroll)
- Benefits Administration
- Ensure all SAP HCM solutions are compliant with SAP NS2 security, data-sovereignty, and compliance standards.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with HR stakeholders and document functional specifications.
- Perform system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers to review technical specs and ensure accurate delivery of enhancements.
- Support end-to-end payroll operations and testing cycles within secure NS2 environments.
- Provide ongoing production support, including incident resolution and change management.
- Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, and system guides.
- Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, SuccessFactors, Security, Basis) to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain best practices for data protection, audit readiness, and compliance within U.S.-controlled cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- NS2 Certification (SAP NS2 Fundamentals or relevant module-specific certification).
- Experience in SAP HCM functional consulting.
- Strong understanding of:
- SAP HCM data structures
- U.S. HR/Payroll processes
- Configuration methodologies
- Experience writing functional specifications, test scripts, and solution documentation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a secure, compliance-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in S/4HANA HCM environments.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or hybrid HCM models is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks.
- Experience with SAP security concepts, role design, and identity management within NS2.
