URGENT REQUIREMENT:

SAP HCM with FIORI

REMOTE

12months

HCM OM, PA, BN, PY, EH&S, TM, SuccessFactors Learning, ESS, MSS including Portal, Gateway, and Fiori Applications Financials and Logistics - FI, CO, AP, AR, AA, FM, PS, MM, IM, WO, GM, OpenText Invoice Management and Workflow.

Kronos - Workforce Central, Workforce Attendance, Workforce Attestation, Workforce Leave (Time Off and FMLA), Enterprise Archive

  • The vendor must have a proven functional and technical background, with at least three years experience in SAP implementing and supporting functionality within the SAP HCM,
  • Financials/Logistics, SAP Portal modules and SAP FIORI apps.
  • Completed a minimum of two SAP full life-cycle implementations
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) HCM,
  • Financials/Logistics, Portal programming, Fiori gateway applications
  • Provide a ticketing system to allow Clark County to log tickets and track progress
  • Sound knowledge of SAP enhancements and their implementation/programming
  • Be able to quickly understand Clark County s SAP operational landscape (SLD) and our Kronos operational landscape
  • Ability to create robust technical documentation for future reference and maintainability
  • Have good SAP project management skills and experience following SAP Best Practices
  • Bring best practice approaches for the County Team to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support procedures, etc.
  • Ability to trouble-shoot issues, including the ability to conduct related research and work with the County Team to raise SAP/UKG Customer messages as needed
  • Experience with writing and performing test scripts relevant to technical/programming changes made within the HCM, Financials/Logistics, Kronos, Portal modules and Fiori Apps.
  • An in-depth understanding of technical principles and programming of HCM,
  • Financials/Logistics, Kronos, Portal, and Fiori Gateway.
  • An in-depth understanding of technical principles and programming of Kronos interfaces.
  • An understanding of how Owner s HR and Payroll systems are configured and how to quickly troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to quickly decipher and understand custom code
  • Knowledge required to debug system related issues
