Role: SAP MDG Lead

JD:

Hands on SAP MDG experience of 8+ years with SAP ECC, S/4HANA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and advice business process improvement on SAP MDG enablement initiatives

Drive SAP MDG solution design activities - Material Master, Finance Master Data Objects, Customer, Vendor, etc.

Support Show & Tell sessions (data preparation, initial load and defect resolution)

Identify source system process intervention which requires data and process change at source.

Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, execute testing (UT, SIT), support testing (UAT), review test result and support defects resolution.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.

Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the clients area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new

Designing MDG solution for the collected Business Requirements

Collaboration with operational teams, data owners, and partners help to ensure the understanding and alignment of E2E data governance processes

Drive the implementation of process improvements through the introduction of appropriate

Actively works with the cross-divisional teams to reduce master data defects and develop processes that reduce non-value-added work

Translates detailed business requirements to IT organization and manages changes to such specifications.

Develop data governance metrics and data accuracy metrics

Professional Skill Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years experience in SAP MDG Material Master, Finance Master Data Objects, Customer, Vendor, etc.

Minimum 2 End to End implementation experience in MDG including hands-on design and configuration

Has experience in Master Data Governance for custom objects (ex: PIRs, WBSE etc ) would be a plus

Technical and Functional Expertise in SAP MDG

Hands-on experience in the following critical areas of SAP MDG:

Central Governance Process: Proficient in configuring and managing centralized master data governance.

Mass Processing: Skilled in handling bulk data operations for efficient data management.

BRF+: Experienced in defining business rules and validations using Business Rule Framework plus.

Data Replication Framework (DRF): Knowledgeable in configuring DRF for seamless data distribution to SAP and non-SAP systems.

Change Request (CR) Process: Well-versed in managing end-to-end CR workflows, including creation, validation, and approval.

Domain-Specific Processes: Implemented Customer, Supplier, Finance, and Material Master processes in prior engagements.

Third-Party Integrations: Familiar with integrating SAP MDG with external applications using Web Services and APIs.

Floorplan Manager (FPM): Hands-on experience in developing and customizing FPM-based UIs for enhanced user interaction

Lead discussions with business and work and guide development team in customizations

Must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Local to Dallas and coming to office Mon - Thu

S4 project implementation experience

Ability to co-ordinate and interact with multiple teams.

Provide deep SAP MDG expertise in the given process area, as well as demonstrated knowledge of key integration points across SAP modules and technical components.

Participate in design for and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions; partner with other IT delivery team member to ensure efficient and effective design, development and implementation of solutions.

Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process area

Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work.
