Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Functional Lead to oversee the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP's Procure-to-Pay processes. This role will work closely with procurement, finance, and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant purchasing solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP MM, strong process knowledge of procurement operations, and proven leadership in end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP P2P modules including Materials Management (MM), Ariba, and integration with FI (Accounts Payable).
Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and invoice processing requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and SAP configurations.
Drive the full lifecycle of SAP P2P implementations, from requirements gathering through testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Manage the integration of SAP P2P with other modules (FI, SD, PP, WM) and third-party procurement platforms.
Oversee the development of custom reports, forms, and enhancements (with ABAP developers as needed).
Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and internal IT teams to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
Ensure solutions adhere to corporate policies, compliance standards, and SOX requirements.
Create process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for users and superusers.
Provide post-implementation support, resolve incidents, and manage change requests.
Mentor junior team members and guide offshore resources when applicable.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
10+ years of SAP P2P / MM experience, including at least 4+ years in a functional lead role.
Hands-on experience with SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Master Data).
Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, or SRM is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Settle processes.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC 6.0.
Strong knowledge of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, GR/IR, invoice verification, and supplier collaboration.
Integration knowledge with FI-AP and other logistics modules.
Strong skills in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, testing, and training.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working in an Agile or waterfall project environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification in MM or S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
Experience in SAP Fiori apps for procurement.
Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, and third-party middleware integration tools.
Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing, utilities).
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
