Job Details
We are looking for a SAP PCS Lead with deep Aerospace & Defense discrete manufacturing experience to lead SAP S/4HANA manufacturing implementations for aircraft OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
This role requires hands-on expertise across MBOMs, Routings, Shop Floor Execution, and Production Order lifecycle, along with strong leadership in requirement gathering, solution design, and client workshops.
Mandatory Requirements:

Proven Aerospace & Defense discrete manufacturing experience
-
Must have supported aircraft manufacturing clients (e.g., Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier, Boeing, Airbus suppliers)

Strong hands-on SAP experience in:
-
SAP PCS / PP (S/4HANA)
-
MBOMs, Routings, Work Centers
-
Shop Floor Execution & Production Orders
-
-
Experience with Parameter Effectivity and aircraft configuration control
-
Strong understanding of PLM and MES integrations
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead PCS workstream requirement gathering with business process owners
-
Conduct Fit-to-Standard / Workshop A demos and presentations
-
Configure and document SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes
-
Author functional specifications for custom developments
-
Own key design decisions, process flows, and documentation
-
Lead testing strategy (standard & custom objects)
-
Support change management, reporting, and authorization design
-
Manage production scenarios including:
-
MTS & MTO with WBS / Collective Orders
-
Subcontracting & external processing
-
Production order kitting, confirmations, GR
-
Batch-managed goods issue and reversals
-
Rework and production order splitting
-
Availability checks and shortage reporting
-
Preferred Skills:

Strong S/4HANA implementation experience

Integration with PLM and MES systems

Knowledge of:
-
ECM & revision management
-
MRP, scheduling, and costing views

Classification and material master design
