SAP PP/QM Lead

Seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Lead to independently manage and drive key business discussions, providing expert recommendations and solutions across various processes.

***This position is remote but willing to travel and looking to start ASAP***

Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP PP/QM module independently, offering expertise and direction in business processes.


• Drive and participate in business discussions, providing strategic recommendations and solutions.


• Lead onshore and offshore teams to address customer concerns and ensure successful project outcomes.


• Independently manage accounts and projects, both in implementation and support roles.


• Provide end-to-end support for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of SAP experience, with a focus on PP and QM modules.


• 3-5 full life cycle SAP implementations.


• Minimum of 1 S/4HANA implementation experience.


• Strong skills in Production Planning and Execution.


• Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, including Production Planning, Forecasting, Purchase to Pay, and Quality Management.


• Expertise in SAP Production Planning (Discrete Manufacturing, Repetitive Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Production Orders, MRP, SOP, MPS, Capacity Levelling, Shop Floor Control).


• Expertise in SAP QM (Master Data, Inspection Plan, Calibration, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, Control Charts, Sample Management).


• Understanding of how PP/QM interfaces with other modules such as SD, FICO, and MM.


• Experience with Variant Configuration, SAP Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Handling Unit Management in production (Inbound & Outbound delivery).


• Working knowledge of core SAP modules (FI, CO, SD) and integration points.
