Company Overview:
Mini-Circuits, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of RF and microwave components, has recently kicked off its SAP S/4HANA implementation as part of a strategic business transformation. To support this initiative, we are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to join our team onsite in Melville, NY. This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with significant potential for career growth as we advance through our ERP journey.

Role Overview:
The SAP PP Consultant will play a vital role in the ongoing S/4HANA implementation, focusing on production planning and manufacturing processes. This individual will work closely with operations, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP PP solutions that align with Mini-Circuits business goals and manufacturing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP PP during the S/4HANA implementation.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions for production planning, shop floor execution, and capacity planning.
  • Configure and support SAP PP modules including MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, and shop floor control.
  • Integrate SAP PP with related modules such as MM, SD, and QM to ensure seamless end-to-end manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with the systems integrator and internal teams to deliver implementation milestones on time and within scope.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure best practices for SAP PP are implemented.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience, including at least one end-to-end implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP functionality, data models, and integration points.
  • Experience with production orders, discrete manufacturing, capacity planning, and MRP.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments, preferably electronics, high-tech, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to work across business and IT teams to align SAP solutions with operational needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
