SAP PTM Manufacturing Consultant

Our client is looking for a SAP PTM Manufacturing Consultant for a 7-month contract and will be working remotely.

Required Skills & Experience

• Broad understanding of the Manufacturing and Quality Management processes and have demonstrated end-customer implementation experience in designing and configuring PTM(PP and QM Modules) in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Strong integration knowledge with other related SAP modules - MM, SD, LE, PTP, FI/ CO, and WM.
• Experience interfacing PTM functions with external custom solutions and 3rd party packages.
• Experience with Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment within multiple projects is essential.
• 7-12 years of relevant functional experience in PTM (PP and QM Modules) with a minimum of 5-8 years of full end-to-end implementation experience.
• Experience working as a PTM Team Leader and Team Member.
• Hands-on experience in configuring PTM in addition to overall solution design.
• Experience in designing simple and complex Manufacturing processes with Production Orders, Process Orders, Production Versions, Routes, Master Recipes, and Manufacturing Master Data.
• Experience integrating with external planning and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of new PTM features in S/4HANA and the latest Fiori tiles available.
• Strong knowledge and experience with PTM master data loading and conversions.
• Experience in custom solution design that extends the best practice to fit the business requirement.
• Able to lead efforts, with minimal supervision, involving relevant Business/Process/IT teams, 3rd party resources, and external trading partners,
• Initiative to gather business requirements and develop practical solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices and standard functionality.
• Knowledge, deep understanding, and experience of enterprise resource planning software. - (SAP)
• Experience in guiding and providing training to End Users around SAP software solutions.
• Experience in SAP software in different industries with different functionalities of the Business.
• Computer/IT Analyst role, application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications experience in SAP technology.
• Design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, or modification of computer systems or programs in SAP Technology, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Specialized knowledge and certification in SAP Technology.
