Solution Design and Architecture - Lead Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end SAP PaPM solutions tailored to business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise architecture. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial, profitability, and performance management needs. Blueprinting: Develop detailed solution blueprints, including data models, calculation logic, and integration points.
Implementation Leadership - Configuration Oversight: Guide the configuration and customization of SAP PaPM, including modeling allocation logic, rules, and data flows. Integration: Design and oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and other source/target systems. Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for the PaPM implementation team, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting complex issues.
Data Management - Data Modeling: Define and implement data models, ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance.
Stakeholder Engagement - Workshops and Demos: Lead workshops and solution demonstrations for business and IT stakeholders. Change Management: Support user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Governance and Best Practices - Standards Enforcement: Establish and enforce development, documentation, and deployment standards. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize solution performance.
Continuous Improvement - Innovation: Stay current with SAP PaPM updates, new features, and industry best practices. Enhancements: Recommend and implement enhancements as business needs evolve.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of SAP PaPM (formerly FS-PER), including modeling, configuration, and integration.
10+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA or other SAP modules is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Project leadership experience in SAP implementations.

Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
