Job :SAP Project Implementation Manager
Location : Columbia, SC
Acts as the system of record for administrative functions across agencies.
Provides both functional and technical SAP support.
Works closely with statewide agencies including:
SCDOT is retiring its legacy system.
Implementation of SAP Finance Management modules integrated into the SCEIS system.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the SCEIS Director, Enterprise Project Manager, and Functional Team Leads to develop and maintain project plans.
Support SAP projects for the SC Department of Transportation (DOT) and State Treasurer s Office (STO).
Coordinate closely with Finance and Treasury team leads to align project timelines and resources.
Manage overall project coordination, stability, and status reporting.
Communicate with enterprise stakeholders impacting scope, budget, risk, and resources.
Identify and escalate project risks and issues affecting milestones and deadlines.
Report system development and implementation issues impacting cost, resources, or timelines.
Ensure proper project closeout including:
Documentation of lessons learned
Archiving project documentation
Recommend best practices for project and portfolio management related to SAP FI and Treasury projects.
