Job Description:

• Project Manager for S/4 Hana Upgrade project along ADS to ADS on BTP & Fiori standalone to Embedded migration
• 8+ years experience working as a PM
• Lead the planning and design of SAP RISE & Cloud projects, working closely with clients and SAP to coordinate the project and making sure all the objectives are met, and project is completed with the timelines agreed for the various phases
• Worked previously on SAP S/4 Upgrade projects with experience on SAP RISE
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Adapt plans to the changing project requirements and communicate the same to the stakeholders
• Manage project resources, including internal team members (onshore and offshore) and external contractors, to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management
• Present progress to stakeholders in the governance calls
• Maintain RAID logs and present them to the stakeholders in the governance calls
• Make sure RACI is being followed by the team and not take on roles and responsibilities in scope
• Make sure no scope creep happens, and we strictly work with the scope
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring that they have the resources and knowledge needed to successfully complete their tasks
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
