Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP PS solutions that enable effective project planning, execution, and financial tracking. The candidate will work with business stakeholders to optimize project management processes and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions.

  • Configure Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Activities, and Cost Planning.

  • Support project budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring processes.

  • Manage project execution, progress tracking, and reporting in SAP PS.

  • Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.

  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage change requests.

  • Create functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user training materials.

  • Support SAP S/4HANA PS implementation or migration projects.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 4+ years of SAP PS implementation and support experience.

  • Strong knowledge of WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones, Cost/Resource Planning, and Billing.

  • Hands-on experience in project budgeting, forecasting, settlement, and reporting.

  • Familiarity with PS integration points with FICO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PS (preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
