(1) Experience with SAP Hana financials (the specific domain, such as insurance or banking, is less important than their SAP Financials implementation experience) (2) Technical project management experience, particularly in managing the technical aspects of implementation, including data conversion, data quality, data controls, resource utilization, and budgets (3) Strong soft skills, such as the ability to break down large project deliverables into manageable pieces that can be delivered in 3 weeks, anticipate business needs and guide IT accordingly, and excellent communication skills to ensure IT is well-represented with implementation partner & Finance.
