Job Description
JD- An SAP S/4HANA Service Techno-Functional Consultant develops and implements technical solutions for the SAP Service module, translating business requirements into functional SAP S/4HANA solutions. Key responsibilities include ABAP for custom enhancements, CDS Views, OData Services; debugging and performance tuning; supporting system integration and upgrades; and creating technical documentation.
Technical Design & Development:
- Design and implement ABAP programs, custom developments (user exits, BAPIs, BADIs), and S/4HANA solutions.
- Develop CDS views for data modeling and AMDPs for performance optimization.
- Create OData services for seamless data exchange with other SAP and external systems.
System Integration:
- Provide hands-on support for SAP S/4HANA Sales and Service modules
- Support end-to-end integration between S/4HANA and SAP Sales & Service Cloud or other applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the service modules.
- Testing: Develop and execute test scripts for unit, system integration to validate the configured solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business processes, and support procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
