SAP Supply Chain Planning Analyst

We are seeking a hands-on SAP SCM Analyst to join an exciting S/4HANA transformation initiative. You will support the implementation of supply chain planning solutions, including ePPDS and IBP. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in building, collaborating, and rolling up their sleeves to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Job Duties

• Work directly with business users in manufacturing environments to understand needs and deliver practical, effective SAP S/4HANA planning solutions.
• Participate in the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA to support inventory management, production planning, detailed scheduling, and supply planning processes.
• Actively participate in workshops, including the kickoff scheduled for late September/early October.
• Configure and support core processes, including MRP, ePPDS, production/process orders, goods movements, and planning master data (PDS), such as transportation lanes and planning versions.
• Implement advanced planning strategies, Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Kitting-to-Stock scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, OTC, WM, FTM, QM) to ensure smooth integration (without being responsible for configurations in those modules).
• Assist across other workstreams as needed, adapting to organizational and IT transformations.
• Contribute to documentation, custom enhancements (RICEFW), integration design with external systems, testing, master data preparation, training, and hyper-care support.
• Support deployment activitie,s including cutover planning, data migration, transport management, and go-live readiness.

What You ll Bring

• 8+ years of SAP SCM experience with 2+ years hands-on in S/4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of SAP supply chain processes, IM, QM, WM, PP/DS, and supply/demand alignment.
• Strong functional knowledge of planning master data setup, including PDS, resources, planning versions, and transportation lanes.
• Strong integration awareness across MM, SD, WM, FICO, and PI/PO modules
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex planning requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with global delivery team collaboration.
• Bachelor s or master s degree in supply chain, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• SAP certifications in SCM, IBP, or Production Planning preferred
• Experience with SAP IBP (S&OP), SAP Analytics Cloud, or EWM/TM is a plus

• Remote role CST or EST time zones preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate loyalty and commitment to long-term initiatives. Candidates with multiple short-term contracts or a history of frequent job changes will not be considered.
