Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP SD solutions. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize sales, order management, pricing, billing, and distribution processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and design SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Configure and support key SD submodules: Sales, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, and Rebates.
Manage order-to-cash (OTC) cycle processes, including order management, outbound delivery, shipment, billing, and invoicing.
Ensure smooth integration with FI/CO, MM, WM, and PP modules.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide production support, resolve incidents, and handle change requests.
Document configuration, functional specifications, and user guides.
Train end-users and support knowledge transfer activities.
Support SAP system upgrades, S/4HANA migration, and implementation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve sales reporting and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of SAP SD implementation and support experience.
Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash cycle (OTC).
Hands-on experience in pricing procedures, credit management, rebates, and billing.
Familiarity with SD integration points with FI/CO, MM, and WM.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales (preferred).
Good understanding of business processes in sales, distribution, and logistics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
