Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Process Mining Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Signavio to lead enterprise-wide process optimization initiatives. This role goes beyond technical configuration it's about leveraging Signavio s full potential to uncover inefficiencies, drive standardization, and connect insights across multiple ERP systems, including non-SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the vision for process mining using Signavio across the organization.
Cross-ERP Integration: Lead efforts to connect Signavio with multiple ERP systems (e.g., RightAngle, Oracle, Workday), ensuring seamless data flow and actionable insights.
Process Analysis & Optimization: Use Signavio to identify deviations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization in key business processes such as Hire-to-Retire, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
Decision Support: Provide clear recommendations on whether and how to pursue specific process mining paths, backed by data and business impact analysis.
Enablement & Training: Build internal capabilities by training business users and analysts on how to interpret and act on Signavio outputs.
Outcome Delivery: Ensure successful implementation of process improvements and measurable business outcomes from Signavio insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in process mining, business analysis, or transformation roles.
Proven experience implementing and scaling SAP Signavio across diverse ERP landscapes.
Strong understanding of business processes across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
