Job Title: Signavio SME

Role:
SAP Signavio Consultant for leading and delivering process transformation initiative using the SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite. This role plays a strategic part in enabling end-to-end business process visibility, process harmonization, and optimization, supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process modelling using Signavio Process Manager
- Lead and facilitate business process discovery, modeling, and optimization workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze process performance using Signavio Process Intelligence, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with other enterprise architects, business leads, and transformation teams for S/4HANA fit-to-standard analysis.
- Design As-Is and to-be process landscapes aligned to target Template or SAP best practices
- Configure process governance workflows using standard BPMN notation
- Analyze data in the SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager , Process Governance and Process intelligence
Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards, process hierarchy design, and modeling best practices.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and transformation lifecycle.
Ability to lead end-to-end process discovery and optimization cycles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
SAP Signavio certifications
Experience in retail industry is preferable.
