Role Title: SAP Solutions Architect SAP HANA
Duration: 12+ Months

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect SAP HANA to design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into end-to-end architectural blueprints while guiding solution delivery across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and oversee the implementation of technology solutions using SAP HANA, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Define interaction requirements for application components, subsystems, interfaces, and integrations to create comprehensive solution blueprints.
Convert business and technical requirements into detailed architectural designs that meet functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
Lead and support architectural activities across a portfolio of solutions, providing guidance throughout design, development, and implementation phases.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements and provide solution architecture expertise.
Review and validate solution designs, ensuring consistency with architectural standards, best practices, and long-term scalability.
Provide technical leadership and recommendations to improve performance, integration, and data architecture.
Support governance processes by documenting designs, standards, and architectural decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in solution and enterprise architecture, including application, data, and integration design.
Hands-on expertise with SAP HANA and SAP-based solution architectures.
Experience designing secure, scalable, and high-availability enterprise solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Talent / HR domain knowledge (e.g., HR systems, workforce data, HR analytics).
Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
Exposure to cloud-based architectures and data integration tools.
Works well with team, curious, self starter, experience in working with offshore team (Hyderabad).
