Job Details

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Full Time

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 15 to 20 years of total professional experience, including deep functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale implementations and long-term support engagements.
  • Demonstrated mastery across multiple SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data models, integrations, security, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to advise executive stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of driving outcomes without supervision.
  • Experience supporting clients in production environments and managing enhancements.
  • SuccessFactors certification in multiple modules.
  • Experience with global HR transformations or multi-country implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM, SAP BTP, CPI or other middleware tools.
  • Prior work in consulting or fast-paced environments that require agility and ownership.
