Strong Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
SuccessFactors product knowledge: Understanding of the various modules within SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, EC Payroll ) and their functionality.
Integration expertise: Knowledge of how SuccessFactors integrates with other HRIS or existing company systems (including understanding of the SAP ecosystem).
Data migration and quality: Understanding of data migration strategies, data cleansing processes, and the importance of accurate data for successful implementation.

Methodology knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
Strong planning and execution skills: Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, establish timelines and budgets, allocate resources effectively, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Problem-solving and decision-making: Capacity to address and resolve challenges promptly, make informed decisions, and guide the team towards solutions.
Budget and resource management: Ability to plan, manage, and track project finances and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
