12-15 years of experience in SAP HCM , Employee Central , US Employee Central Payroll, Integrations with Benefitfocus, Transamerica, Fidelity, ADP Smart Compliance. Not mandatory but Preferably to have exposure in Talent Modules (Recruiting ,Onboarding ,Succession & Career Development Planning , Performance and Goal Management and Compensation Management)Certifications
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll.
