Job Title: SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager |

Preferred Education and Experience: |
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a program leadership and transformational role
- 5+ years of experience leading SAP S4/HANA implementations across multiple countries.
- Should have SAP functional experience in either MM/FICO/SD or PP in earlier years and then moved to a PM role.
- Should have SAP S/4 HANA transition experience in brownfield and greenfield implementation and have done a minimum of 3 implementations.
- Proven track record of consolidating multiple SAP systems into one integrated system.
- End-to-end system implementation and transformation experience in SAP S/4HANA at a leading company.
- Experience working with implementation partners (vendors), while keeping the program on track and managing a multimillion-dollar budget.

- Demonstrated leadership skills to maintain oversight and effectively orchestrate cross-functional teams to gain alignment, make timely decisions, and deliver results.
- Strong knowledge of ERP business processes with a deep understanding of SAP S4/HANA standard architecture, design, and processes.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. Ability to surface and/or recognize potential problems and take proactive measures to mitigate and/or resolve them.
- Ability and willingness to initiate, develop, and sustain effective, cross-functional working relationships using empathic listening skills to gain information, share ideas, sway opinion, and gain alignment without direct line authority across functions and countries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and present complex information and influence business leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to simply and effectively present information and ideas to audiences of different backgrounds and at all levels, up to and including the C-suite.
- Embrace a culture of open, direct, honest, constructive, and inclusive communication that treats others with dignity, courtesy, and respect. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse, multicultural, multilingual, globally dispersed international team.
