Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience with SCCM Task Sequencing.
- Proficiency in MobileIron and Intune MDM solutions.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience with OS deployment and Autopilot.
- Experience in workstation management and patching.
- Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management.
- Strong communication skills for executive and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deploy endpoint policies, updates, and patches.
- Perform workstation management and OS deployment tasks.
- Automate endpoint processes using workflows and PowerShell.
- Provide Tier 3/4 and executive-level technical support.
- Act as an escalation point for complex field connectivity and site issues.
- Ensure iOS device compliance and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced endpoint and infrastructure problems.
