Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager MECM) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Windows device deployments, application packaging, patching, and compliance across a large-scale environment, while ensuring system reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure
- Manage OSD (Operating System Deployment) for Windows 10/11
- Perform application packaging, deployment, and updates
- Implement and manage Patch Management (Windows Updates, ADRs)
- Monitor SCCM health, logs, site servers, and distribution points
- Troubleshoot SCCM client, deployment, and compliance issues
- Integrate SCCM with Intune (Co-Management) where applicable
- Create and maintain collections, task sequences, baselines, and reports
- Support software inventory, hardware inventory, and compliance policies
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams
- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Participate in upgrades, migrations, and SCCM version updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM
- Strong experience with:
- Application deployment & packaging (MSI, EXE, PowerShell)
- Windows OS deployment (OSD)
- Patch management & compliance
- Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of WSUS, PKI, SQL, and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
