Job Details

DSA is seeking a highly qualified SRUM Master with an active TS/SCI clearance to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Required Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance
  • Five years of experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate levels of effort, and evaluate customer requirements to create applications to deploy to Microsoft SharePoint (both out- of-the-box and with custom coded) and to Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) using the Microsoft .NET Framework.
  • Three years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures.
  • Five years of experience with the SDLC and Agile processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the DAIIS Agile Software Development Process
  • Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Monitor and track project progress and performance against agreed upon project plans.
  • Work closely with the Requirements Engineer to review requirements from customers.
  • Facilitate Sprint planning sessions and provide oversight and guidance to define the tasks to include in each Sprint.
  • Assist development team to define and maintain Work in Progress and Sprint task limits.
  • Facilitate planning sessions to define the Epics, Feature, and Backlog items as well as the estimated level of effort estimates for development.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize new features/enhancements to be added into DAIIS projects.
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
  • Assist development team to make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members progress, and protecting the team from
    distractions.
