RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation developer (SDET) with expertise in Java programming, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and Cucumber BDD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.
Responsibilities:
* Proficient in Java programming language.
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Junit and Cucumber (BDD) tests for web application testing.
* Collaborate with development and product teams to create automated tests for functional, regression, and performance testing.
* Develop, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards.
* Utilize Java and JavaScript for creating automation test frameworks and scripts.
* Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Continuously improve the test suite by implementing best practices and optimizing test performance.
* Ensure proper integration of the test automation suite with the CI/CD pipeline.
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in test automation such as Selenium and Playwright.
* Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript or Python.
* Experience in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
* Solid understanding of testing methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
* Experience with test automation frameworks, Version control tools and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
